Mnous underwear coming alive

The Result

Mnous is an independent Greek underwear brand founded by Felicia and Evangelia, created with the intention of offering beautifully designed, comfortable pieces that celebrate the female body. Their collections focus on thoughtful design, ethical production, and high-quality cotton fabric that feel soft, natural, and effortless to wear. Mnous underwear is known for its flattering cuts, breathable materials, and attention to detail, creating everyday essentials that combine comfort with confidence.

Our collaboration brought together Mnous’ refined underwear design with my natural dye practice. Together we created two special colourways using plant dyes and the bundle dyeing technique. The “Earth” print was created with madder root, acorns, and onion skins, producing warm earthy tones, while the “Milky Way” print combines black rose, onion skins, and saffron flowers to create deeper, more celestial shades.

To celebrate the launch of the collection, we hosted a pop-up event at Hous, a beautiful plant shop in Athens. The event presented the naturally dyed underwear collection and included a mini bundle dye workshop where participants dyed small tote bags using plants. These bags were designed to store and care for their underwear, extending the connection between natural materials, craft, and everyday rituals.
