Christiana Vardakou is an Athens-based company. Orders are shipped worldwide and are dispatched within one working day of payment being received.

Greece

Speedex is our partner courier in Greece.

Delivery within Attica takes 1-2 working days. Delivery charge is 3.00€.

Delivery within the rest of Greece, takes 2-5 working days. Delivery charge is 4.00€.

Orders over 100€ are free of charge.

If you live in Athens and would like to pick up your order, you can choose that option before you check out.

Once we get your order we will email you and ask you when you would like to pick it up, and we will arrange a date and time. To visit our atelier you have to make an appointment first.

DHL Express is our worldwide partner courier.

For international shipments, delivery and charges apply as follows:

EU, Monaco, Vatican:

Free delivery to addresses in Europe applies for orders over €200.

Two Options:

DHL Express Worldwide (takes two days to deliver), delivery charge is €22.

DHL Economy Select (takes seven days to deliver), delivery charge is €18.

UK:

Two Options:

DHL Express Worldwide (takes two days to deliver), delivery charge is €28.

DHL Economy Select (takes ten days to deliver), delivery charge is €25.

DHL Express Worldwide (takes 5 days to deliver), delivery charge is €25.

Zone 6: Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Laos, South Korea, North Korea, China, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Singapore, Turkmenistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Hong Kong and Philippines

DHL Express Worldwide (takes 7 days to deliver), delivery charge is €50.

Rest of the World: €35

Delivery time is usually within 1-2 business days after shipping. While we aim to get your order with you as soon as possible, delivery may be affected by an event outside our control and we will not be responsible for any delay or other issue in such case.

Please note that Christiana Vardakou is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.

Orders delivered to addresses in these countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict any such amount. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs and these will not be refunded in case the articles are returned.

The shipping address does not have to be the same as the billing address, but we will require your signature upon delivery. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Once your order is dispatched we will contact you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.
