The fabric is made from un-dyed linen sourced from Lille, France and bundle dyed by Christiana using pomegranate skins, avocado skins, and onion skins. These botanical dyes create warm golden tones reminiscent of sunlight, with organic patterns unique to each piece.
The pillow is filled with lavender and flax seeds. Lavender releases a soft calming fragrance that promotes relaxation and restful sleep, while flax seeds help retain the scent and provide gentle structure.

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
