Natural Dyeing
Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
A one-of-a-kind silk pocket square, naturally dyed by hand in our Athens studio using plants.
Made from undyed silk woven in Soufli, Greece, the pocket square is bundle dyed with acorn cupules, elderberries and alkanet roots, creating an organic palette of smoky silver, soft grey, earthy taupe and subtle warm undertones.
Fold it neatly or allow it to sit more loosely in a jacket pocket—the natural variations become part of the way the piece is worn.
A small detail that brings together Greek silk, natural colour and slow craftsmanship, designed to add something distinctive to both formal and more relaxed tailoring.
