"Pelion" Eco-Printed Raw Silk Cushion Cover – Naturally Dyed
A one-of-a-kind eco-printed raw silk cushion cover inspired by the forests and landscapes of Pelion.
The fabric is made from un-dyed raw silk sourced from Soufli, Greece. The silk has been eco-printed by Christiana using locally gathered botanical leaves, allowing the natural pigments and shapes of the plants to imprint directly onto the fabric.
The cushion features delicate botanical impressions created with plane tree leaves, eucalyptus leaves, walnut leaves, ferns, jasmine leaves, and geranium leaves, forming a unique composition inspired by nature.
Each cushion cover is machine sewn by Violetta in our Athens-based studio and finished with an envelope closure.
Approximate size: 50cm × 50cm
Pillowcase only – filling is not included.

Bundle Dyeing
Our favourite technique, a contemporary process where we use fresh and dried flowers to create prints on fabric. Each one is unique, and even if we wanted to we can't create the same pattern twice!
Natural Dyeing
Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
