This piece was first bundle dyed with logwood bark, cochineal, hibiscus petals and madder roots, creating a unique painterly pattern, before being overdyed with logwood bark to achieve its soft smoky lilac tones with rich botanical markings.
The shirred bodice offers a comfortable, flexible fit while the peplum hem creates a flattering silhouette.
