"Party" Pink Bundle Cotton Gauge Skirt (7-8years old)

A soft and comfortable skirt for everyday adventures, handcrafted from breathable cotton double gauze and naturally dyed in our Athens atelier.

The skirt was dyed with madder roots creating a warm blush-pink base, and then bundle dyed by hand with cochineal and additional madder roots to create delicate botanical markings in rich berry and earthy tones.

Designed for comfort and ease of movement, the skirt features an adjustable drawstring waistband for a flexible fit. The lightweight double gauze cotton is soft against the skin and perfect for year-round wear.

Bundle Dyeing

Our favourite technique, a contemporary process where we use fresh and dried flowers to create prints on fabric. Each one is unique, and even if we wanted to we can't create the same pattern twice!

Natural Dyeing

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
