"Green Leaves" Eco-Printed Linen Tablecloth

€135.00

This tablecloth is naturally dyed with chlorophyll and eco-printed with plane tree leaves by Christiana. Through heat and pressure, the leaves release their pigments and shapes onto the linen, creating soft green botanical impressions that reflect the quiet rhythms of nature.

The edges are finished with a clean overlock seam by Violetta in our Athens-based studio.

Perfect for everyday meals, garden tables, or special gatherings, this piece brings nature directly to your table.

Approx. 120 × 120 cm

Batik

Batik is a wax-resist dyeing technique which originated in Indonesia.

The applied wax resists the dyes and therefore allows us to colour selectively by dyeing fabric in one colour and then removing the wax. In our practice, this is usually repeated a few times, creating layers with many different colours.

Natural Dyeing

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
