This silk cushion cover is crafted from 100% un-dyed silk woven in Soufli, Greece and naturally dyed using the bundle dye technique. The silk is dyed with ivy leaves, hibiscus, and cutch by Christiana, creating soft botanical imprints and warm natural tones that make each piece entirely one of a kind.

The back of the cushion is made from un-dyed linen sourced from France, adding a natural contrast in texture. The cushion cover is carefully machine sewn by Violeta in our Athens-based studio.

Bundle Dyeing

Our favourite technique, a contemporary process where we use fresh and dried flowers to create prints on fabric. Each one is unique, and even if we wanted to we can't create the same pattern twice!

Natural Dyeing

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
