A lightweight cotton gauze scarf designed to be worn in many ways—wrapped around the waist as a pareo, draped over the shoulders or styled as an oversized scarf.

Made from undyed cotton gauze sourced from Tripoli, Greece, the fabric was first naturally dyed by Christiana using cutch extract.Then it was bundle-dyed with logwood bark, cochineal and hibiscus, creating an expressive combination of dusty peach, muted purple, earthy brown and delicate reddish markings.

The cotton gauze has a soft, airy texture with a naturally crinkled surface and gentle transparency.

Bundle Dyeing

Our favourite technique, a contemporary process where we use fresh and dried flowers to create prints on fabric. Each one is unique, and even if we wanted to we can't create the same pattern twice!

Natural Dyeing

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
