The silk sleep mask was bundle dyed by Christiana using logwood bark, alkanet roots, hibiscus flowers and magnolia flowers, creating layered botanical markings and subtle colour variations.
The combination of immersion dyeing and bundle dyeing gives the set a beautiful contrast between soft depth of colour and organic botanical patterns.
Silk is naturally smooth and gentle on skin and hair, helping reduce friction and making it ideal for a luxurious and restorative sleep experience.

Botanical dyeing is a slow process, that can be unpredictable and there are often pleasant colour surprises. It takes several hours to extract the natural pigment from plants, sometimes even days!
